Who We Are
Nor'easter Installations was founded in 1995 by Jeffrey Lanphear and William Clark. With a box truck, office space in Jeff's garage and a supportive group of friends and family they were able to build a remarkable portfolio and establish Nor'easter as powerful force in the industry. The company continued to grow and joined the New England Carpenters Union in 2004, with the goals of expanding our reach and having access to more talented workers. Over the years we have enjoyed great success establishing a trusted position as an industry leader in various markets including; K through 12 public schools, private colleges and universities, research facilities, libraries and hospitals. We have continued to grow and change with the industry, using our experience to provide you with quality and efficient installation that has made Nor'easter a leader in the region.
What We Do
Our mission is to provide fast quality installation of pre-manufactured millwork and casework on construction projects throughout the New England region. Our main focus on the job is the quality and speed of installation, but we understand as sub contractors the importance of communication. Clients need quick and reliable information throughout the installation process, this helps ensure a well-informed decision making that enhances the scheduling and finish quality of our projects. The relationships we have developed over the years, with both casework manufacturers and general contractors are as important to us as the projects themselves.
How We Do It
With over 30 years of experience under our belt we've learned a lot about what works and what doesn't work in the industry. Our staff has the experience needed to handle the responsibility, and the authority necessary to get the projects done and done safely. Our crew of carpenters have decades of experience and bring superior craftsmanship to every project – whether installing standard casework elevations or intricate millwork applications, each and every project receives the utmost in care and attention to detail. Our experience doesn't end in the field; our management and administrative teams are filled with veterans in the company and industry who understand the information and services you need to get your project done efficiently.
