 As  the Construction Manager at the KIPP Academy Lynn High School Project,  W.T. Rich Co., Inc. attained Nor'easter Installations, Inc. to perform  the scope of Exterior Finish Carpentry, Interior Architectural Woodwork,  Laboratory Equipment, and Laboratory Casework. Nor'easter fulfilled their commitment to the fore mentioned project in a professional and expeditious manner. Their workmanship was  first rate as well as their management personnel. All work was completed  on time and the project was a complete success. I would gladly work with them on another project. 

 I  have worked with Nor'easter  for the past 4 years. They  have completed cabinet replacement in two elementary schools and the  refinish of cabinets in the High School art room. Both the quality of  workmanship and material has been outstanding. Their staff is very  professional and has completed the jobs on or before schedule. I would  not hesitate to use Nor'easter Installations for future projects.

 It  was a great experience having Nor’easter as a sub contractor. The cooperation with  following our schedule and flow of work helped make the job run  seamlessly. Working with Mark on site was great, anything we needed he  was willing to do his part and help out. The productivity he had was  great, really helped drive some of the other subs along.  Working with  Jeff on the office side of things went very well. Any time I had  questions or we needed to adjust things it was always done in a quick  phone call. I would be more than happy to have Nor’easter as a sub on  other projects.  Working  with Nor’easter on the Blue Hills school project was a pleasure. The  phased, occupied renovation included many critical deadlines for the  turnover of classrooms and Nor’easter hit all deadlines despite a  substantial amount of added work throughout the project. Wayne and Tony  were great to work with. In addition, the quality of work by their field  staff was excellent, with nearly no punch list work required. Consigli  Construction appreciated all of their hard work on the project and would  gladly work with the Nor’easter team on future projects.
